Application Forms for the Masonic Charities

The Main Charities to which local Lodges can make application are:

In September 2015 a new application procedure was introduced. Grand Lodge now uses a single form, whereas in the past each fund had its own form.

The new form can be downloaded from the Grand Lodge website. It comes with instructions on how to fill it in.

It is the responsibility of the Lodge Secretary to ensure that all signatures are obtained before sending the application to: Masonic Benevolent Institutions, Freemason Hall, 17/19 Molesworth Street, Dublin 2. [It is recommended that if you are enclosing certificates with the application, you should send it by recorded delivery.]
